Port of Tampa- Partial Staging

This beautiful new construction home was on the market for about two months before the owners decided to try home staging. Once staged, potential buyers could more easily envision themselves living in the home.  It was easier to appreciate how large the rooms were as well as the function of various areas of the home.  The sitting room, family room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom were staged.  Buyers were able to focus on all of the wonderful features of the home such as the unique bamboo flooring, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, ample storage space, brightness of the home, large yard and quiet street.  Once staged, this home had lots of showings and went under contract within the month!
