Staging

Home staging helps homes sell faster and brings higher offers. According to the National Association of Realtors, 58% of buyer’s agents reported that home staging had an impact on their buyer’s view of the home.

In today’s housing market, standing out from the competition is essential. Many potential buyers view homes online before touring them. Empty rooms and blank walls make it difficult to visualize how the space can be used and emptiness always makes rooms look smaller.

Staging highlights the positive features of a home and creates a sense of flow to the living areas. Staging gives the home personality and a welcoming feel, allowing buyers to make an emotional connection to the home and imagine living there. Staged homes spend less time on the market and bring in higher offers than vacant comparable homes or occupied homes that haven’t been staged.

Contact us to discuss how we can best help you with your home staging needs.

1. Walk & Talk Home Tour
We offer a “walk and talk” style consultation to help you prepare your home for the real estate market. This service is perfect for home owners and realtors who need our professional expertise to advise them on how to complete their own home staging project. Our consultation includes a room-by-room and exterior analysis of the home. The client will be provided with a punch list, including suggestions for home repairs, color updates, furniture re-arrangement, and a shopping list to ensure the seller gets top dollar for their home.

2. Staging Day
Our team delivers furnishings and sets up your home to look its best for your first Open House. We offer vacant home staging as well as owner-occupied home staging services. This generally takes 2-3 days to complete.

3. Furniture Rental
If your home does not sell in the first month and you choose to keep the home staged, a reduced monthly rental fee will apply.

4. De-Staging Day
Congratulations your home has sold! This is the time when our team removes all furniture and accessories from the house. De-staging a home typically takes one day.
