1960’s Ranch in Temple Terrace

We had the pleasure of working with a wonderful family in Temple Terrace who wanted to sell their single-story ranch home. The house was in a great condition with an updated kitchen and two original 1960’s tile bathrooms.  With just a few punch list items to complete, this home would be market-ready in no time. There was a concrete block shed attached to the home that was in disrepair and making the home feel dark.  Once the shed was removed and all of the hard work completed to finish the exterior, the interior of the home was bright again. We completed some updates in the front yard, painted the front door and installed new hardware, and updated the red paint in the dining room with a soft fern.  Now the home was ready for staging. Fresh furniture, bedding, lighting, rugs, and decor, really helped to show buyers this home was ready for its new owners!
